Savvy Beast Radio – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Savvy Beast Radio ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information in the Savvy Beast Radio iOS app (the "App"). We designed the App with privacy-first principles and collect only what is strictly necessary to authenticate you and determine whether you have access to the audio stream.
What we collect
- Google Account basics via Google Sign-In: your email address and an authentication identifier provided by Google.
- Access status data in our backend (Supabase): a record linking your email to an access request/approval state.
What we do not collect
We do not collect or store:
- Listening history or what you play
- Device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, or diagnostics
- Usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or behavioral tracking
How we use your information
We use your email and authentication identifier to:
- Authenticate you with Google and our backend (Supabase)
- Check and enforce your stream access status (approved, pending, denied)
- Prevent fraud and protect the service
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or resale.
Where data is stored
- Your sign-in session tokens are stored locally on your device in Apple Keychain.
- Your email and access status are stored in our Supabase project (managed database). Data may be processed or stored in the United States or other regions where our providers operate.
Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share information with:
- Google (for sign-in/authentication) – see the Google Privacy Policy
- Supabase (as our managed backend/database provider) – see the Supabase Privacy Policy
- Law enforcement if required by applicable law, subpoena, or court order
Data retention
We retain your email and access status for as long as your account exists or until you ask us to delete it. Session tokens on your device are removed when you sign out or uninstall the App.
Your rights
You can request to:
- Access, correct, or delete your data
- Revoke access or delete your account
Contact us at support@savvybeastradio.com to submit a request. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
Security
We use industry-standard controls to protect your information in transit and at rest, including TLS encryption and role-based access in our backend. No security measure is perfect; you use the App at your own risk.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the repository and/or within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
